Is there a fee for your initial consultation?
All initial consultations with TD Design are at no charge. And, our customer service does not stop there! Once you have selected TD Design as your Web site designer, you will find that our services are unlimited. We assist many of our clients with such things as troubleshooting computer problems, brainstorming, promotional suggestions, computer setup assistance, and more.
Do I need to have a fast computer or Internet connection to have you design my Web site?
No. We have designed Web sites for clients that do not even own a computer! Since all the pages of your Web site are hosted on our server, the sophistication of your computer is not an issue. However, if you are able to answer e-mails, that would certainly be beneficial.
How long does it take to get a site developed?
The normal range is one to three weeks depending on size and complexity. Sites with extensive E-Commerce and/or Flash animation features may take longer.
After you have designed my site, who makes changes and updates?
TD Design makes all the changes for you. Your changes and updates are important to us and become our top priorities!
What is hosting? Why do I need it?
Hosting is the storage of your Web site’s files on a server. A server is a special type of computer specifically designed to “serve” Web pages and associated files to thousands of visitors all over the world at any given time.
